Whisked and Sugared is a small, family-run custom baking business. We only collect the information we need to answer your inquiry and bake for your event — nothing more.
We do not collect payment information through the website or app, and we do not use advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.
When you submit a form, your inquiry is delivered to us by EmailJS (email delivery) and recorded in a private Google Sheets document (order tracking). The website is hosted on Vercel. These providers process your submission solely to deliver it to us.
To make ordering easier, the order form can remember your contact details, an unfinished order draft, and your past inquiries. This convenience data is stored only on your own device (browser local storage) — it is never uploaded anywhere, and you can clear it at any time by clearing your browser data or deleting the app.
We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to manage orders and our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Our website and app are intended for adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
